“In addition to demonstrating how to create festive Italian dishes, the February cooking class will raise awareness and funds for the Junior League of Monmouth County, a nonprofit organization that works to empower girls to become confident women.  As a self-taught chef, this organization holds a special place in my heart because it helps to engage girls, develop their potential and improve our community through the promotion of volunteerism and leadership,” commented Marilyn Schlossbach, proprietor of Langosta Lounge.
