Rumson Halloween Parade, Concert at Victory Park
A look at what's happening in Rumson and Fair Haven on Thursday.
Rumson Recreation will hold the annual Halloween Parade and concert on Thursday at 3:45 p.m. at the Victory Park Basketball Court. The event will be led by Rumson fire and EMS trucks and will feature the Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School band. A cowboy Halloween concert featuring Yosi will immediately follow the parade.

Curfew in Rumson and Fair Haven on Halloween is 8 p.m. for unaccompanied minors.
Thursday will be mostly cloudy with a high near 67 and an overnight low of 62, according to the National Weather Service. Rain is possible after 9 p.m.
