Jersey Shore fans have been waiting for this weeks' episode where Sammi comes back to the Shore house after her breakup with Ronnie.  As my friends and I watched the episode, we played a drinking game where every time Ronnie cried, we took a shot. Unfortunately we weren't as wasted after last night's episode as we might have been for the previous two. But it was worth a shot, pardon the pun.

This week's episode was also insight into what it's like when it rains in the summer. You can't go to the beach so what is there to do? For the cast of the Jersey Shore, it's bowling, empty bars, plumbing chores and pranks with cheese.

We got to see the gang head out to Ocean Lanes over in Brick for a rainy day activity away from the beach. Deena's driving was typical Jersey driving and those in her car were scared for their lives. Bobbing and weaving in and out of lanes, almost hitting some parked cars, yea that's pretty much Jersey driving in a nutshell. Ronnie was driving the other truck of fools to the Lanes and he realized that you can't really make a left turn in Jersey.  I hate that too, I mean all these stupid jug handles really grind my gears. I'm so used to it now though, when I visit other states, it's like a shock to my system when I can actually get in a left lane and turn left or make a U-turn.  It's bizarre.

We learned that Cascade not only works on tough stains in your dishwasher, but in your toilet as well.  A nasty chore for Snooki to woman up to after one of the boys flushed a T-shirt down the toilet, and they all lived with it being backed up for two weeks. Watching with my T-shirt time partner in crime Kyle last night, and he was like, "I know what happened, one of the girls' borrowed Vinny's tank top, and flushed it down the toilet." Well, that mystery may never be solved, and I doubt anyone really cares anyway.  It was just lovely to see them all disgusted by their own filth, and we had a nice chuckle.

Locals beware the next time the Jersey Shore cast comes to Seaside because JWoww has an addiction to public urination. That's at the VIP rooftop bar at Club Karma. Classy! Then she was walking home from the same club, not wanting to use a roof as a toilet this time, she elegantly stumbled down the sidestreets of Seaside where she found herself a nice little cubby between two cars in a driveway. Don't you love the way people treat this town?

While the others were out at Aztec Bar partying it up, Team Sober, (which consisted of Snooki, Sammi, and Ronnie) heads to the Beach Bar where no one is in sight because of the rain. 

I love going to the shore on rainy days, and had I been more informed at the time of the tapings, I would surely have ventured down there to hang out with the gang and not drink with them to see if they actually could go an entire day without alcohol. 

I keep waiting for the Labor day show which was the ONLY time I was able to get down there but we're still a few episodes away from that one.  I doubt I'll be seen anyway, no one's faces are ever seen in the backgrounds when they are out and about.  Only when their skanky hookups enter the Shore house are we allowed to view what the cast members beer goggles have brought home. 

Speaking of beer goggles, the Situation brings home a someone not knowing that prior to that his Team Sober roommates had made Mike's bed into a cheesy situation. Probably one of THE funniest moments of this season yet, Mike comes home with his girl, and they climb into his bed. The next day he was saying to his roomies how his girl smelled like grated cheese, and he had to ask her to leave.  Team Sober giggling along with him knowing full well that they were the ones that sprinkled parmesan cheese, spread cream cheese, and left some kraft singles under the sheets of Mike's bed.

Just another day in the life of the Jersey Shore.
