Named All Shore Media Shore Conference Coach of the Year in 2010, Fallon garnered R-FH its sole NJSIAA sectional title the same year and was recognzied in mid-October as the school's  "winningest" coach in all of the district's history by the R-FH Board of Education.

Under Fallon's leadership, the Bulldogs' 100th win came on Sept. 7, breaking the long-held record of former longtime coach Joe Rosati, who coached the Bulldogs to 99 wins in his time.
