There's only a week left until Halloween and more and more creatures of the night are being sighted around town in Rumson and Fair Haven.

This time we're on a witch hunt. Patch has scared up some sisters of the cauldron, aptly costumed and ready to cast some seasonal spells, stir the pot of witches brew or take flight (sort of).
