Monmouth County Restaurants Inspected
Area health departments conducted inspections at various food establishments in Monmouth.
Health departments in Monmouth County inspected four food establishments in January; and, one Red Bank eatery was given a "conditional satisfactory" rating.
A satisfactory rating indicates the business is in compliance state food safety and sanitation requirements. A conditional satisfactory rating indicates the establishment was in violation of one or more requirements and will be subject to an unannounced reinspection.
An unsatisfactory rating indicates unsafe or unsanitary conditions requiring the owner to cease operation until the conditions are resolved and a reinspection takes place.
