Man Allegedly Threatens Woman's Life
The following information was obtained directly from Monmouth County court and Sea Bright Police Department records. It does not indicate a conviction.
Sea Bright police arrested a Florida man who has been accused of assaulting and terrorizing a Sea Bright woman.
Police signed a complaint on Sept. 21 — for which they stated there was probable cause based on the victim’s statement and their investigation — against Kenneth M. Graham, 24, of Naples, FL.
Graham was arrested on the same day based on charges that he allegedly threatened to kill the victim “with the purpose to terrorize,” according to the complaint warrant. The threat is considered a third degree crime, the complaint said.
The complaint also states that Graham allegedly committed and is charged with an act of simple assault, because he allegedly smacked the victim in the face and pulled her hair. The simple assault charge is a disorderly persons offense.
Bail was set at $10,000, with no 10 percent option. The accused is also prohibited from having any contact with the victim, by phone, mail or in person.
Graham’s initial court appearance is scheduled for Sept 27 at 8 a.m. in Sea Bright Municipal Court.
