St. Patrick's Mass, Irish Breakfast and Cultural Festival

Where and when: Saturday, March 10, beginning at 8:15 a.m. at

Why you should go: Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day early with a parade and breakfast. The parade will be over the Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge and led by "Bishop Patrick". A mass at Holy Cross Church and Irish breakfast will follow after the parade.

What does it cost: adults $18, children $12, seniors $15, family $65

Where and when: Saturday, March 10 at 1 p.m. at 20 3rd Ave in Long Branch.

Why you should go: Awaken yourcreativity and the innate artist in you. Have no fear - no art experience isnecessary. You will feel free to express yourself while pouring paint intoincredible abstract works of art and then working the paintings with commontools like toothpicks and sticks.

What does it cost: $30 playshop fee registration is required.

Why you should go: Listen to local author Kerry Lonergan Luksic read from her book, "Life Lessons from a Baker's Dozen." Copies will be signed afterwards.

Where and When: Sunday, March 11 at 3 p.m. at the Red Bank Charter School

Why you should go: Get out and enjoy an Irish Dinner and music. Diners can choose from traditional corned beef and cabbage or Sheppard’s pie, and for dessert a Bailey’s Irish Creme cheesecake. Come and enjoy the live Irish music from the Irving Place Players
