Kids Movie Fundraiser for Bridge of Books
When and where: Saturday, Feb. 25 at 9:15 a.m. at Clearview Cinema in Red Bank
Why you should go: Bridge of Books will be holding its fifth annual movie fundraiser event, featuring a showing of "RIO" plus a ticket auction, free face painting and temporary tattoos.

Jersey Shore Rose Society February Meeting
When and where: Saturday, Feb. 25 at 12:30 p.m. at Kensington Court Assisted Living & Adult Day Care in Tinton Falls
Why you should go: Love roses? Meet your kind of people and discuss rose growing in Central New Jersey. All are welcome, no prerequisite rose knowledge required. Bill Kozemchak, a rosarian and rose judge for the Philadelphia Rose Society, is slated to speak about exhibiting roses. Refreshments will be served.

'Come To Your Senses' Live Music at the Monmouth Museum
When and where: Saturday, Feb. 25 from 5 to 8 p.m. at The Monmouth Museum in Lincroft
Why you should go: Musicians on a Mission will present an evening of live music from many genres. Billed as a "feast for all five senses," it will feature country, jazz, classical, folk, and blues.There will also be free hand and neck massages, savory tapas and punch, and a chance to win a gift basket.
What does it cost: $20
Grand Opening of Colorest NEW Art Studio!
When and where: Saturday, Feb. 25 at 7 p.m. at Colorest Art Supplies in Red Bank
Why you should go: Stop by to meet some of the Colorest instructors and chat with past and present students for the grand opening of their new art studio.

Second Annual Sunday Showcase--Tim McLoone & The Shirleys Perform at RBR
When and where: Sunday, Feb. 26 from 3 p.m. at Red Bank Regional High School in Little Silver
Why you should go: Local rocker and restauranteur Tim McLoone and his merry band of Shirleys will team up with performing arts students for this Sunday afternoon concert at RBR.
What does it cost: $20 adults, $10 students and seniors. Purchase online.
