Fair Haven Teens Arrested in Red Bank

The following information was obtained directly from Red Bank Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

 

Two male juveniles from Fair Haven were arrested recently in Red Bank and charged with three offenses.

The two 17-year-olds were arrested by Red Bank Police Patrolman James DePonte on May 18 in the area of West Front Street, according to a Red Bank police report.

Both were charged with possession of alcohol underage, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana (CDS) and possession of drug paraphernailia, the report said.

The charges, including possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, are all disorderly persons offenses.

That's precisely the dismissive attitude of entitlement we were speaking of yesterday, that's permeated the RFH kids for decades. I KNOW because I grew up here.
