Fair Haven Man Indicted for Little Silver Burglary
Robert Atkinson 3rd was indicted on one count of burglary.
A Monmouth County grand jury indicted a Fair Haven man with the December 3, burglary of a Little Silver home.
According to the indictment, Robert Atkinson 3rd, 23, of Harvard Street, allegedly entered a Little Silver home unlawfully and with the purpose to commit an offense.
The indictment did not state what the alleged offense committed in the house was.
Atkinson was indicted on one count of burglary, which is classified as a third-degree crime.
