After announcing that shelters for Hurricane Sandy were being established in Long Branch and Wall on Sunday, Monmouth County announced a full list of reception centers across the area on Monday.

Residents are required to go to their local reception centers first and will then be taken by bus to one of the two locations for the storm.

The list for local towns is as follows:

Aberdeen -

First location - Municipal Building, One Municipal Center, Aberdeen Square

Second location - Cliffwood Volunteer Fire House, 478 Angel Street, Cliffwood

Atlantic Highlands and Highlands- Both share Henry Hudson Regional School – 1 Grand Tour, Highlands

Avon - Municipal Building Firehouse,  301 Main Street.

Belmar- Belmar Elementary School, 12th and Main Avenue

Bradley Beach-Bradley Beach Firehouse, 815 Main Street, after 6 p.m.

Brielle– Brielle First Squad 710 Old Bridge Road and the Curtis House, (pet friendly) located at 644 Union Lane

Colts Neck– Colts Neck Fire House, 250 Conover Road

Deal– Deal School -215 Roseld Avenue   
         Secondary would be Interlaken Borough Hall – 100 Grasmere Avenue.

On our south side of town we would use High School South. All three of these locations are designated shelter hubs for township
