Arresting Update: Fair Haven Residents Charged Out of Town
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown and Red Bank police departments. It does not indicate convictions.
The following Fair Haven residents were recently charged with offenses by Middletown and Red Bank police:
• Samson Hearn, 30, of Maple Avenue, Fair Haven, was arrested on Aug. 25 by Patrolman Savino Capilupi, and charged with disorderly conduct.
He was released pending a court date.
• Jennifer Aliaga, 41, of Fair Haven, was arrested on Aug. 25 in the area of Cooper's Bridge, Red Bank, by Capt. Darren McConnell, and charged with driving while intoxicated.
She was released pending a court date.
