So many locals are without housing. 

Several local realtors are operating on a volunteer basis out of Bingham Hall in Rumson trying to place displaced families in short-term rentals.

Do you have a viable short-term rental property for a displaced family? Perhaps you know of one? 

Please think about any vacant homes in your neighborhood that are not listed with a realtor: vacation-type homes that are not occupied on a regular basis, condos/townhomes, carriage homes.  

We already have access to homes that are listed with a realtor.

Needy families are looking for two- to six-month short-term rental properties. Families with dogs are having a particularly difficult time.
